Case Study: United Way of Morris County

Ayudasoft launched its Impact and Media Manager (IMM) solution with the United Way of Morris County New Jersey (UWMC) in June of 2006. This software solution was a direct response to UWMC's need to be able to more efficiently:

• Manage their proposal solicitation and review process;
• Strategically analyze and prioritize the good works that they were achieving in the communities they serve;
• Motivate agencies to both create and use outcomes logic model;
• Standardize marketing formats and messages;
• Leverage the competencies of the expertise of staff.

Given the fact that UWMC is confronted with a limited and decreasing corporate donor base in Morris County coupled with increased needs for services in the communities it serves, UWMC Chairman John Franklin recognized that a new approach was needed. Under Mr. Franklin's leadership, the Ayudasoft and UWMC teams worked together to design an IMM solution that enables UWMC and the over 50 agencies it supports to better evaluate, capture and promote community impacts.

This is one example of how Ayudasoft works with clients to address needs and generate solutions that enhance opportunities for greater impact, visibility and productivity. Ayudasoft will continue to work with Mr. Franklin and the UWMC team of professionals to enhance their software solutions so that they are more effectively able to enhance the services that they provide to their clients.
